Facebook then Apple, now Microsoft

Wondered whether to post this in military / warfare or science and tech - the persistent attacks on major software companies originating from China.

Facebook first - then Apple and now Microsoft.

We all know it goes on but this is a form of warfare from outside a country's borders. Question is, what should the response be?
