The unthinkable happened at Baba Siddique's iftaar party on Sunday evening. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan hugged. No, you're not hallucinating. Let me repeat. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan hugged and ended their five-year long rivalry started at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008.
According to television reports, Salman took the initiative to pat his former co-star and hug him, thereby ending the dissension. Interestingly enough, it is just last year at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit that Shah Rukh stated that he will not be reconciling with the other Khan anytime soon.
"We have had a little bit of personal issue. This is not the first time, it is about four years ago. We were very close for 20 years... There may come a time when these things get resolved but it will never be on a public platform. It will be a personal thing. It is a serious matter and it cannot be resolved by working in a film together or if someone asks us to try and resolve the matter.
